Comtrade/ disturbance File Automatic extract

Hi..
1. I am trying to configure the Automatic disturbance file extracting/uploading to station HMI
the system has be configured such that it should extract the disturbance records from any relay ( any manufacturer) which support IEC 61850 file transfer.
Please I need to know how to perform this, It this to be done over FTP or Zenon has some specific tool to do this,
2. Does zenon have any visualization tool for status of each variable online , when the system is connected, it is to verify the status or DI coming to HMI in single page from as specific IED or relay.
