Communication does not work

Communication does not work

I have configured the driver but there is no communication to the PLC during runtime What else could I check?

Please check that the driver is configured as "Hardware" and not simulation static or simulation counting
Please check that if the project is a network project, the computer where the runtime is started is the server.
Please check that the net-address configured in the driver confiuration matches the net-address at the variables
Please check that the PLC can be reached (ping) if a network with TCP/IP is used.
Please check that no other application is blocking the interface (e.g. COM-port)
Please check that all 3rd party software necessary, is installed correctly. (If the driver configuration opens up in the editor this is usually a good sign)
