Commands with Simulation variables

Commands with Simulation variables

Hi!
In my project i use commands to control ABB IED's through iec850. All ok, all working.
Also, i have some swithes which i can't control and read their position. But operator need to see their position and send "virtual" commands to swith them on or off.
For this "virtual" switches i create variables in SIMUL32 driver. Each new variable with new offset. Create commands with 2 Replace (On and Off) and Approve actions. Select this command in "Write set value" option in variable. Create function (Picture switch) to open Command screen. In short - all steps like in real(iec850) variables.
In this way i can use 1 screen for ALL my control variables (real and virtual). You can look at picture(it's on Russian).
I have questions:
1. Is my solution normal and correct?
2. I need to switch SIMUL32 driver to simulation mode each time, i start runtime. I create function "Driver Commands" -> Driver for simulator variables(Driver in simulation mode), and add it to script AUTOSTART. But after runtime stop->start variables start to increment treir value again.
