Commands: "action already exists!"

Hi all. I try "Command tutorial"(v.7.11) and have some problem. When i create one Action ([ON]) - all ok, and action is working. When i add second action ([OFF]) as written in tutorial: "We repeat this procedure and create additional actions for the switching direction 'OFF' and the actions 'Revision [On]' and 'Revision [Off]'." i have errors when creating runtime files. ' - variable 'test_Switch1_BE': An action on the same command variable already exists! Command group 'User first interlocking' - action 'Single command: test_Switch1_BE [OFF]' - variable 'test_Switch1_RM': An action on the same command variable already exists! Look at pictures in Attachments. Pls explain me where is the problem.
