Dear Dear COPA-DATA Support,

I am configuring a Command Processing screen in zenon 11 for a circuit breaker. The Open and Close buttons are visible in Engineering Studio, but both disappear when the screen opens in Service Engine. The other controls on the screen remain visible.

I have checked the buttons’ Visibility/flashing settings. I have also assigned the Command Processing screen and mapped the ON and OFF actions to their respective action buttons. However, the buttons are still hidden.

I have attached screenshots of the screen in Engineering Studio and Service Engine, the ON/OFF action settings, and the command group configuration. Could you please advise what configuration or diagnostic check I may be missing?
