Client Variable Problems

Client Variable Problems

Hello I am encountering the next problem ( iam new in zenon).
I have a server with 7 clients, 2 of them are PC 5 are Touch Panels with CE. In my workspace i have an integrator project, and 5 subprojects, the idea is that each subproject runs on its own CE terminal with out showing information about other systems.
The PCÂ's runs the full integrator project.
Every variable is declared in the integrator project, because one of the PC is the Alarm Handler for the maintenance and guards it has to bee simple and it has to be in one place (*Otherwise they wont check anything).
The PC are running find.
The thing is that when i remotely transfer the subproject to the CE terminal, the visual part is OK, but no variables are showned, not with red dot nor the blue dot, the screen seems as if no variables are defined.
In the developer i tried to run the sub project a start project and the same happens. with the historian and extended trend i saw that the variables say that they are not declared.
So my logic says that since the variables are in the integrator and the integrator isnt loaded no variables are delcared. i could just move the variables to each subproject but i would loose my one place alarm handling.
The only option that make sense to me is to declare both in the subporject and the project at least the variables that has alarms. But that seems a big waste of money since i have at least 700 variables:confused:.
Do you guys knows a better way of doing it, or has any ideas:).
