Changing user name at run time

Dear All,
My SCADA is having there are Four users like 1. Admin, 2. Engineer, 3. Superviser 4. Operator
When I logged in to Admin user, I would like to change the user name and password.
I am using the function "Change user" to change the user name and password.
I don't have any problem to change the password but I couldn't change the user name (Ref: snap-1).
Is it possible to change the user name at runtime? If it is possble then how can we do the screen switch with user name by using reaction matrix?
