Dear Zenon Academy Support Team,
I have completed the course “IEC 61850 Masterclass”, and it is marked as Completed in my dashboard. However, no certificate has been issued.
The platform indicates that a “Basic certificate is required to achieve Advanced or Professional certificates.” However, I am unable to find any corresponding basic-level IEC 61850 course on the platform. The completed course is also labeled as “Uncategorized,” which adds to the confusion.
At this point, I need clear clarification on the following:
Kindly provide a direct resolution or enable certificate access if this is a platform/configuration issue.
