I have completed the course “IEC 61850 Masterclass”, and it is marked as Completed in my dashboard. However, no certificate has been issued.

The platform indicates that a “Basic certificate is required to achieve Advanced or Professional certificates.” However, I am unable to find any corresponding basic-level IEC 61850 course on the platform. The completed course is also labeled as “Uncategorized,” which adds to the confusion.

At this point, I need clear clarification on the following:

1. What is the exact prerequisite course required for this certification?
2. Where can I access or enroll in this basic-level IEC 61850 course?
3. If no such course is currently available, why is the Masterclass marked as completed without eligibility for certification?

Kindly provide a direct resolution or enable certificate access if this is a platform/configuration issue.
