CE Login Issue

CE Login Issue

There appears to be a user login issue with two B&R Windows CE units we have installed at a customer site. On three different occasions we've not been able to login. The zenOn apps are configured such that the users should not be locked out if the maximum number of login attempts is reached. The only way to fix this was to re-download the applications. We are using 6.22 SP0 Build 0.
Has anyone seen this issue before? Is there a fix other than re-downloading the application?
