CEL and AML filter restricitons

CEL and AML filter restricitons

Hello colleagues!
Can you explain restricitons of Variable name (31 symbols) and Identification (39 symbols) fields of CEL/AML filter?
Why not to do them according to maximum length of Variable name and Identification of variable (approx. 127 symbols)?
