CEL cumulative export

CEL cumulative export

Hello!
In accordance to my customer specification, event list to be stored in dedicated location with following parameters:
-One *.txt file per day must be created, continuously updated and stored with the daily
schedule (e.g: 20100201.txt)
- The storage must be updated promptly (< 1 min)

I can use "Export CEL" (from last day) and "Time control" (to execute Export CEL every minute ) in order to try implement requested functional but I see difficulties:
- Export CEL function will be executed too frequently and could overload system
- Exported .CSV file will include events from last 24 hours, instead of event from midnight to current time.

Could you please advice how to create cumulative CEL export file, which will be match with customer request?
