Cannot Update CE Runtime ( the menu grayed out)

Dear support,
I was not able to install CE runtime on my touch panel PC running CE 6.0 Pro because when i run setup from CE 6.51 installer, nothing happen. COuld you suggest the best solution for us ?
Then, i didn't find CE installer on Zenon 7.0.
