Can not create new project.

Can not create new project.

Hi, I am having a weird problem right now. I tried to create new project but failed. Even after creating new workspace, I can not create new project. Please see attached images. P.S.: I compressed my C: drive after installing Zenon. Can this cause any problem? I re-installed several times, but no result.
