Based on the following thread:

it appears that there is a way/parameter on buttons to enable/disable them. What I am attempting to do is have buttons be "grayed" out/disabled when the proper user isn't logged in to the system. Currently they stay there like usual and popup the login window when they are pressed if you don't have permission.
