Building layouts for BMS solutions?

What would be the most efficient method in Zenon to import multi-level layouts of buildings to create BMS SCADA solutions? Using Zenon 8.2
I can see SVG elements in combination with ALC but is there perhaps a more sophisticated system or addin available?
These layouts must be visually be separated into different zones/rooms/sections and different devices managed by BMS would be added. Also separate systems (lighting, HVAC, etc) should have the possibility of being visually filtered out.
Would 3D Configurator allow more functionalities? ie if id like to visualize 3 levels of a building layout on top of each other at an angle and when clicking on one of them, that specific level would be brought to a top-down view.
Any manuals of tutorials would be helpful.
