first of all I apologize if this argument has already been discussed in the forum but I made some searches and didn't find it.
I have many words in my PLC where each bit represents an independent alarm.
We're talking about hundred words and I'd like don't spent thousands of tags.
I won't use Straton (in the forum there is a suggestion for this).
So I thought to use mathematic variables (16 mathematic boolean variables for each word).
The mathematic variables seems to be the fastest and easier way. I can't think other ways...
Are there other solutions? Can someone tell me if this is correct?
