Benutzerspezifische ETM Profile mittels Runtime Profilen?

Hallo!
Ich versuche gerade für meinen Kunden die Profile in ETM Bildern benutzerspezifisch zu organisieren.
Ziele ist jeder Nutzer soll seine eigenen Profile anlegen und verändern können wobei die Profile vor Veränderungen durch andere Benutzer geschützt sein müssen.
Ich versuche dies nun mittels der Runtime Profile zu realisieren. Dazu habe ich 3 Benutzer angelegt „a“, „b“ und „c“.
„a“ hat in den Benutzereinstellungen unter Runtimeprofile: „Keines“ und ist Administrator
„b“ und „c“ haben in den Benutzereinstellungen unter Runtimeprofil: „LAST“
Die Ordnerstruktur unter rt_profiles passt zu den Benutzern und die Datei LAST.rtp wird auch passend zum Benutzer beim Ausloggen angelegt und gespeichert.

Problem:
Die ETM Profile werden nicht benutzerspezifisch gehalten. Egal welcher Benutzer Profile anlegt, löscht oder ändert es sind immer die Profile alle Benutzer betroffen.
Kann mir jemand sagen ob ich etwas übersehe oder falsch mache?
In der Doku steht doch:
„Ein Runtimeprofil ist eine reproduzierbare optische Momentaufnahme der Bilder zur Runtime, inklusive Information über:
Bildschema (Reihe und Position)
Monitorzuordnung
Filter
