Automatic transfer of Disturbance Recording file Ed.1 and Ed.2 protection relays and VBA programing

Dear Mr./Mrs.
i want to read file disturbance automatically form Protection Relay Ed.2 and Ed.1 61850. for Ed.2 when write "GETNEW" in B!Command  Varaible in server B , all of the File that stored in protection relay, are moved to Primary server. for Ed.1 "GETNEW" is not working. for these relays when i write "DIR" in B!Directory, the picture 1, (attached file) showed and it seem there is no file in relay, but when i read data by relay software i see 40 files (picture 2). what is the problem? "DIR" command can't read all Directory from relay, i set length of string to 2000, but the problem is not solved (Ed.1 P14NB, P14DB, P94VB, P643 and P642 agile Series. File transfer for IEC61850 is supported (see Picture 3)), this problem is also exist for Ed.2 Relay (F650, P442 agile from GE) , but in Ed.2 we can see 4 or 5 files from 20 files.
the second problem, i try to read disturbance recorder files by VBA program, but When i set "DIR" in B!Command Variable, and try to read the value of B!Directory Varaible, (xxxxxx.value, VBA command) the value of B!Directory is error type not a string variable . can you guide me, how can read the B!directory when write the "DIR" in B!Command Variable?
thanks for your attention
