I'm working on a substation SCADA project using Zenon Energy Edition (v8.2) and need guidance on setting up Automatic Line Coloring in Zenon Energy Edition for the single line diagram. My goal is to change the colour of lines, busbars, and breakers based on their real-time status (e.g., red for live, green for normal, grey for off). Should I use a math variable, internal variable, or link an IEC 61850 variable for this? Also, is it better to use a reaction matrix or another method for dynamic colouring? Any advice or best practices would be appreciated.
