Any way to create a scrollbar for a smart object faceplate standard screen container?

I have made a faceplate PopUp with some 200 variables to scroll through and would like to have a scrollbar like the ones in alarm or event list. I saw some other topics about using worldview but you cant create those in smart objects and i cant edit them in main project. ActiveX exists but frankly i dont have experience with those.
