ALC interlocking

ALC interlocking

Hello!
I would like to use ALC interlocking "Disconnector under load", but it seems it does not working OK for my purpose.
E.g. I have a disconnector which is supplyed only from one side. On the other side it is undefined (not supplyed) and I get the "Disconnector under load" interlock when I want to disconnect it. The switch which follows the disconnector is already disconnected and it should be possible to discconnect the disconnector too (it is not under load). The same behaviour I get when I want to connect the disconnector.
It is written in the help file that "Interlocking is active, when the connectors of a disconnector are connected to different source numbers before (for closing) or after (for opening) the switching action." I understand now why I get the interlock, but is this the right behaviour of the interlock (disconnector could not be disconnected, even if it is not under load).
Am I missing something here?
Best regards,
Gregor
