Additional structure element created from existing program does not shown the value in HMI
Hello,
I am working of existing and running Zenon project 7.6 created in ZEE. Running in Network Active ServerA and Server B with software redundancy and dominant mode. I added 2 structure elements to the existing structure datatype and assigned UINT<Embedded> IEC data type. I assigned offset 354 and 356 of 2 element based on the addresses client provided. These elements are added and used for the 7 variables. The variables used IEC850 driver. I used this driver with the same server name as it is in the existing.
I followed the same properties as the existing structure elements. I inputted the Symbolic address of each new variable element created. When I run the project and transport the runtime in server A and server B via remote transport connection, the new added element used on the 7 variables linked to the new numeric value are not showing in the HMI(see picture existing project with new 2 elements)
I tried to poll the data using IEC 61850 tester software and successfully poll it,
I created also small Zenon project for testing created from the same pc, and used the same IEC850 driver. I used the same offset and symbolic address. I run the program and successfully get the correct data (see picture new project created for testing) and displayed in the HMI
What are the issue why the new added elements in the existing HMI are not showing the value? Am I missed something for the configuration? What are the possible solution of these issues?
